1. Service Description: iDentalDesigns provides computer-aided design (CAD) services for dental professionals, including but not limited to dental laboratories, dentists, and dental clinics. We offer design services for various dental products, such as crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, orthodontic appliances, and other custom dental restorations.

2. Scope of Service: iDentalDesigns focuses solely on the digital design aspect of dental products. We do not perform any physical manufacturing or fabrication of the dental restorations. The designs provided are digital files that are intended for fabrication by authorized dental laboratories or manufacturing facilities.

3. Client Responsibilities: As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the specifications and requirements for the dental restoration. This includes but is not limited to tooth impressions, patient details, preferred materials, and any specific design preferences. Any errors or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client are not the responsibility of iDentalDesigns.

4. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and designs, for the CAD files created during the design process, remain the property of iDentalDesigns. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the CAD files solely for the purpose of fabricating the dental restoration for the intended patient. The client may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use the CAD files for any other purpose without explicit written consent from iDentalDesigns.

5. Quality Assurance: We strive to provide high-quality dental CAD designs. However, the final responsibility for the accuracy and suitability of the dental restoration lies with the client and the dental laboratory or manufacturing facility performing the fabrication. It is the client's responsibility to verify the design's compatibility with the intended materials and manufacturing processes.

6. Turnaround Time: We aim to complete CAD designs within a reasonable timeframe based on the complexity of the project and our current workload. The specific turnaround time will be communicated to the client during the order placement process.

7. Fees and Payment: Our service fees will be communicated to the client before starting the CAD design process. Payment terms and methods will be outlined in the invoice provided to the client. Payment is due upon completion of the design and before the release of the CAD files.

8. Confidentiality: We understand the sensitivity of patient and dental practice information. We will take reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality of all client-provided data and ensure compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

9. Limitation of Liability: While we make every effort to ensure accurate and reliable dental CAD designs, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our services, including errors or defects in the dental restoration fabricated based on our CAD designs.

10. Amendments: These terms and conditions may be subject to change or modification at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to clients in writing, and continued use of our dental CAD design service after such amendments will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
